Custom Wigs

When ordering a custom wig, clients must complete the request form in its entirety. Failure to properly complete the form can result in order inaccuracy. Measurements are required for a custom wig. If you have questions regarding measurements, please refer to our FAQ or email us at admin@stlhaircollection.com.

When completing the Custom Wig Request, if you attach a picture for inspiration, please understand that your unit may not look the exact same and could have slight color variation.

Please note completing the Custom Wig Request does not authorize your purchase until you receive and have paid your invoice.

 Bring Your Own Hair Wigs 

Here at STL Hair Collection, we offer the option to create your custom wig using hair extensions that you provide! If you are requesting to Bring Your Own Hair (BYOH), your hair must be mailed in. Drop offs are not allowed. After placing an order for a BYOH custom wig, you will receive an invoice and email that includes the address for shipping. You must ship hair within 3 business days and email us with your tracking number, your order number, and name or your order will be cancelled. 

Hair must be of good quality and condition. If the hair provided is not in new or good condition, STL Hair Collection reserves the right to refuse wig construction.  If you are uncertain about the condition of the hair you are providing, please contact us prior to placing order.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of products offered at Sky's The Limit Hair Collection, refunds are not provided. It is important that you know your correct measurements and order accordingly. If you would like help with obtaining your measurements, please refer to our FAQ page. If you need additional assistance, contact us via email admin@stlhaircollection.com and allow 24 hours for a response during business hours. If there is an error made on the behalf of STL Hair Collection, we will investigate and provide accommodations if applicable.
